Having joined the industry in 1994, Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience as a Financial Planner. Andrea, along with Lionel Larman, formed Bailiwick Lifestyle Financial Planners in 1999 and has been fundamental in its evolution ever since. Andrea is valued by her clients for being a clear thinker, down to earth and family focused. A Certified Financial Planner, she holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from QUT and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Outside of work, Andrea manages a busy family life with a keen interest in competitive rowing.
With more than 10 years’ experience in Financial Planning, Steven specialises in investment and retirement planning, placing great importance on financial strategies tailored to individualistic needs. He is personable, approachable and values ongoing relationships with his clients. Steven is a Certified Financial Planner and holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Business. Away from work, Steven likes to spend time outdoors with his family.
David is Managing Partner of Bailiwick Accounting Services. Prior to the amalgamation of Bailiwick Lifestyle Financial Planners and Barr Group in 2015, David worked as a Certified Financial Planner for 10 years. He is currently completing his CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from QUT and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Away from the office, David enjoys surfing, spending time with his wife and two kids and watching the Wallabies beat whoever they are able to.
Barbara has over 28 years’ experience of providing clients with a variety of advice including accounting, taxation, business services and the complex issues associated with SMSF’s. She is client focused and responsive to their specific needs. Her specialities include a range of taxation legislation, including FBT and GST, for all types of entities from individuals to small and medium businesses. Barbara has worked for the Barr Group since 1988, except for a short period when she left to run an inner city branch of a boutique accounting firm. She is CPA qualified, a registered tax agent and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Computing.
Since becoming a public practice accountant in 1988, Graeme has gained considerable experience in business planning, taxation and general accounting services. Graeme provides audit, business planning and taxation services to clients in multiple sectors, including family businesses, corporate organisations, property companies, the finance sector, manufacturers and professional services. This variety of work ensures that his knowledge of current trends and issues in the private and public sector is up-to-date. He is passionate about all his clients’ businesses and is committed to ensuring they’re successful and sustainable. Out of the office, Graeme enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, travelling and reading.
Diana joined us in 2015 from her previous role of five years as Audit Manager at PKF. Before that, she was Audit Senior at GPS Business Services from 2005 to 2010. Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting from Central Queensland University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Information Systems from QUT. When she gets a chance, Di enjoys swimming and cheering on her children at sporting events.
